The software platform for all EM Acoustics products has moved to SYSTEM ENGINEER, a new application developed by Linea Research for setting up, controlling and monitoring a system of professional audio products in a uniform and consistent way across multiple networks. You can download the software here (no authorisation code is required).
Please note that in order to use the software effectively it is very important to update your firmware to the latest version which can be downloaded from the links below.
Preset files are specific depending on whether the amplifier is FIR-enabled or not. FIR-enabled amplifiers will appear with an “F” suffix (for example “DQ20F”) in the device list on System Engineer. Please ensure that you download the correct preset library version for your amplifier.
Device firmware for FIR-enabled Di Series
Here you will find the current and historic device firmware files for the DQ Series amplifiers. There are two file types, depending on whether your amplifier is FIR enabled or not. FIR-enabled amplifiers will appear with an “F” suffix (for example “DQ20F”) in the device list on System Engineer. Please ensure you download the correct file type, although the software will not allow you to load the incorrect firmware file.
